At Spiral Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gothic and alternative apparel; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with all official Spiral tags and packaging still attached.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original package, indicating whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and address the parcel to our returns department, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt from your local carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Notification

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your request within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
